How our easy 3 step admissions process works.
Arista Recovery and our dedicated staff are available to take your call and answer any questions you may have about our programs and facilities and help you learn about your options for addiction treatment. Our admissions specialists are available 24/7 to take your call. Your call is always strictly confidential.
During your pre-assessment call, an intake coordinator will ask you questions to get a better understanding of your situation. We will ask questions about your history of addiction, family history, past treatments, current symptoms, and how various aspects of your life are being affected. We will also talk to you about your current living situation and support from your friends, family, and other loved ones.
Once we have an understanding of your situation, we will be able to determine if Arista Recovery is the best fit and help you begin recovery. We understand that the decision to enter an addiction treatment program is a difficult one, and we strive to make the process easier for you and your loved ones.
Arista Recovery accepts most private insurance plans. Once you have completed the pre-assessment, our admissions specialists will verify your insurance benefits. Arista Recovery works with insurance providers to verify health insurance benefits and see if treatment services and therapy are covered by your plan.
Once you have decided to take the step towards recovery at Arista, our admissions team will schedule your admission appointment, provide you with a list of items to bring, and coordinate transportation for you if necessary.
