ARISTA Recovery provides every level of care or type of program typically used in addiction, mental health, and dual diagnosis treatment. Every client gets an individualized treatment plan at ARISTA Recovery, regardless of what program they’re in, which may affect their treatment schedule. That said, here are our main treatment offerings and a little about what to expect. Detoxification

Many people experience uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms when getting off of drugs and alcohol. In some cases, withdrawals can even be dangerous or life-threatening. This is true for both illicit and legal substances with a high potential for addiction. Medical detoxification or “detox” programs are designed to help you discontinue substances safely and with less discomfort. Our detox program provides 24/7 medical supervision and access to medications that can ease withdrawal symptoms or cravings when applicable. Usually, detox is a precursor to another level of care because it does not address the underlying causes of addiction and mainly helps clients achieve initial sobriety. 

Residential inpatient

Our inpatient drug and alcohol rehab center near Omaha is located on a serene and private 38-acre campus surrounded by true Midwest beauty. In residential inpatient treatment at ARISTA Recovery, your daily schedule will consist of meals, individual therapy, process groups, group discussions, recreation, free time, and other activities. Residential inpatient treatment is an optimal starting point for most clients because of the supervision and support it provides. Until your release date, you will eat, sleep, and live on-site while in residential treatment. Approved outings are possible under relevant circumstances. 

Partial hospitalization 

Partial hospitalization programs, or PHP, are one step below inpatient treatment. Also called partial day treatment, PHP can be an initial form of treatment for incoming clients or a step-down form of care for those transitioning out of a residential inpatient program. As the most intensive form of outpatient treatment, PHP involves a full daily treatment schedule similar to what you’d expect in a residential inpatient program. However, unlike inpatient treatment, PHP clients return home or to our sober living facilities after treatment is over for the day. Increased independence and affordability are two advantages of PHP. 

Intensive outpatient 

Intensive outpatient programs, or IOP, are the next step below partial hospitalization. Similar to PHP, IOP might be the level of care you are admitted to initially, or it could serve as a step-down form of care if you have already completed residential inpatient or PHP. Intensive outpatient programs are more flexible than PHP and give clients additional free time for external commitments outside of treatment. IOP clients will generally engage in treatment activities for around 3-4 hours per day on treatment days as outlined in their schedule. 

Outpatient 

Outpatient is our least intensive level of care. Clients in outpatient programs are usually ready to engage in daily life activities like work or school but still benefit from therapy and treatment at least a few days per week. Your outpatient schedule will depend on your specific needs but may consist of various activities, such as weekly individual therapy sessions and groups. 

Sober living

ARISTA Recovery owns sober living facilities near our outpatient treatment location in the Midwest. Sober living isn’t the same as staying in an inpatient treatment facility. Instead, sober living refers to strictly drug-and-alcohol-free apartment-like homes developed to support the recovery process. In research, sober living is linked to positive outcomes in addiction recovery. Likely, this is because sober living combines the autonomy of an ordinary living space with rules, responsibilities, amenities, and routines conducive to addiction recovery.
