Angela Carvalho
Angela has been working in the addiction treatment field for three years. She believes family and community are integral components of the recovery process. In her role as Case Manager here at Arista Recovery, Angela helps our guests and families prepare for the next step with aftercare. She sits with our guests before discharge to help coordinate a comprehensive discharge plan that includes all stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for long term recovery. While in our care, Angela helps with any legal or workplace paperwork that is needed so guests can focus on their treatment. Angela is an advocate for continued care.
Angela is on her way to earning a degree in addiction counseling and has a goal of obtaining a master’s degree. Angela’s sense of empathy and compassion toward understanding substance use disorder proves to be tenacious.
