Detox

Quitting both illicit and legal substances can come with uncomfortable withdrawals. In some cases, withdrawal symptoms may even be dangerous or life-threatening. The purpose of a detoxification or detox program is to help you get off of drugs and alcohol safely with less discomfort. Our Midwest detox program provides 24/7 medical supervision and access to medications that can reduce withdrawal symptoms or cravings when applicable. 

Residential Inpatient

Our inpatient drug and alcohol rehab center near Oklahoma offers a beautiful 38-acre campus designed to support your healing. In residential inpatient treatment, your daily schedule will consist of meals, individual therapy, process groups, group discussions, free time, recreation, and more. Residential inpatient treatment is often recommended for clients because it means that you will live in a drug and alcohol-free space 24/7, with access to medical staff and all of our luxury amenities. That way, you can build new patterns away from everyday life triggers and focus on learning new skills and meeting other treatment goals. 

Partial Hospitalization 

Partial hospitalization programs (PHP) are one step below inpatient treatment. Some people enter PHP as an initial form of treatment, but it can also be a step-down form of care for those who are transitioning out of inpatient treatment. As the most intensive form of outpatient treatment, PHP involves a full daily treatment schedule similar to what you’d encounter in a residential inpatient program. However, unlike inpatient treatment, PHP clients go home or return to our sober living facilities after treatment is over for the day. Benefits of PHP, also called partial day treatment, include increased independence and affordability. 

Intensive Outpatient 

Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) are the next step below PHP. The main difference between PHP and IOP is that intensive outpatient programs are more flexible and give clients more free time for external commitments outside of treatment. Similar to PHP, IOP might be the level of care you are admitted to initially, or it could serve as a step-down form of care if you have already completed residential inpatient or PHP. Usually, a daily schedule in IOP at ARISTA Recovery will entail 3-4 hours of treatment per day. 

Outpatient 

Outpatient is the least intensive level of care. Clients in our outpatient program are usually ready to engage in daily life activities such as work or school but are still able to access therapy and treatment at least a few days per week. Your outpatient schedule will depend on your specific needs but may consist of various activities, such as weekly individual therapy sessions and groups. 

Sober Living

ARISTA Recovery owns sober living facilities, which can also be referred to as halfway houses or supportive housing. Sober living isn’t the same as inpatient treatment. Instead, sober living refers to apartment-like spaces that are drug-and-alcohol-free. In research, sober living is shown to aid positive outcomes in healing from addiction. Likely, this success is because sober living combines the independence of a standard rental agreement with rules, responsibilities, amenities, and routines conducive to recovery.
