7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without reference to its conflict-of-law principles.

Binding Arbitration: You and Arista agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than litigation. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

Opt-Out Option: You may opt out of arbitration by submitting written notice within 30 days of accepting these Terms.

8. MISCELLANEOUS

Termination: We may terminate these Terms and your access to our Site at any time without notice.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Arista regarding our Site and Services, superseding all prior agreements.
